Griffin Managers is a trading name of Tindall Riley Limited. Tindall Riley Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA) to carry out insurance mediation activities. The FSA Register number is 312235 and this can be checked on the FSA's Register by visiting the FSA's web-sitehttp://www.fsa.gov.uk/register or by contacting the FSA on 0845 606 1234.

The day-to-day management of the Association is outsourced to the Managers under the terms of a Management Agreement. There is a fixed fee for the Managers’ services, which is agreed annually by The Association.

No personal recommendations are made by the Managers, and no assessment of demands and needs is made by the Managers as, pursuant to the terms of the Management Agreement, their role is limited to providing information solely in relation to the Association.

We will endeavour to acknowledge notification of your complaint within five days of receipt, and will advise you of the person dealing with it. If you are still not happy with the response you have received, you may have the right to ask the Financial Ombudsman Services to review your complaint.
